Bad response from server!

So, for a pretty long time I've been getting this bad response from server notice whenever I try to login. I've tried looking at other posts for solutions regarding the same problem, but I still haven't gotten it to work. I think it could be because I used the license before on a different device, but I don't have my old phone anymore, now I can't use my current one for the game I want to play...

Is this the right area to post this kind of question ;-;?

I'm not a moderator, and they may move this post, however, all you should have to do is go to the app (search if you don't know the link). Once there, it will pull your information from the database, and if you paid (SBPoints) for the game it will display the login information, pass code, etc.

You may also want to use the FORUM room's HELPCHAT option to post this question if the above doesn't resolve your issue.
